Doctors Should Not Have To Worry About Money
Medical financial advice
It is my sincere belief that many medical professionals are unnecessarily stressed or worried about their finances.
About 10 years ago I had the opportunity to work with a group of ambitious, young doctors who were absolutely passionate about medicine and providing the highest level of care to their patients. Unfortunately, this meant that they did not have the time to look after themselves on a personal financial level, nor had they been taught how to manage their finances or their practice.
This same issue came up time and time again in the next 10 years, when I was more and more specialising in working with doctors. And whilst I was helping my clients with their personal financial affairs, there was still something more I thought I could do.
And so, in the last few months, I started thinking about how I can help more doctors learn the fundamentals of money management. The solution needed to be practical and easy to distribute.
The result of that thinking and many late nights is my new book “Your Financial Health Matters’. It is a practical guide for medical professionals of all ages, working in private or public or both. It deals with all the typical financial issues affecting doctors, such as tax planning superannuation, finance, cash flow management.
Rather than selling the book, I am happy to make it available for free. I would love to get your feedback. Please feel free to share the downloadable link with your colleagues.
