I often get asked: "When is the right time to get financial advice?"
Twenty years ago, clients typically sought financial advice around the age of fifty to fifty-five once their children had finished school and their mortgages were more manageable. However, the trend has shifted significantly — the average age of my clients is now around thirty-five.
Today, people are much more proactive about their financial goals and planning early, which is fantastic. Starting early allows us to leverage time, enabling simple strategies to deliver substantial results over time.
Take Dr. Alex, for instance. She sought financial advice, free of significant commitments like children or a large mortgage, at a young age. This early planning has helped her accumulate a significant super balance and maintain control over her finances.
As we enter a new year, reviewing your financial situation and goals is an excellent time. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need financial advice. I'd be happy to help.
